It’s the Bohemian brewery
I have just bought the 15 barrel Bohemian brewery. It is a monobloc skid mounted system with steam jacketed kettle and combination mash tun and hot liquor tank. It has four 15 barrel jacketed cylindro-conical fermenters and six single skin conditioning tanks plus a whole lot of other bits and pieces.
There are still a couple of extras to be finalised and the shipping to be organised. It will be loaded into two 40 foot containers and trucked to Chicago for shipping. It will arrive in about 3 months time.

Congratulations Pat. Very good news.
Hello Pat,
Great news. Good to see continued progress. The system is a bit bigger and more complex than
your Faulconbridge system!!!

Graeme
Graeme,
I will have to first learn how to operate it, and then learn how to brew on it. A lot of the system is “push-button”, for example it has pneumatic valves, it has a very nice mill, augur and grist hydrator arrangement so it will probably be less physically demanding than the Faulconbridge system. And, I will need to tell Work Cover about it.
Have you been to Gearin’s recently? They are running Matt Donelan’s Killagh Stout under the Jack Thompson label. The Carrington also has Hofbrau on tap. Don’t know what they are running at the Family.
Pat
That is fantastic new, Pat!
I’m really enjoying following your progress here – kinda makes me feel apart of it all!!!
It’s going to be really great when we can all taste the result of your hard work over this long process! I’ll be one of the first in the queue!
Matt
Congrats Pat,
Looks like a lot of polishing is needed to keep it looking shiny, something for you to do while you are pushing those buttons
Can’t wait for the output.
Brad.
